As a Registered Professional Engineer in New York and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Noor Noori brings a wealth of expertise to RCE. His academic foundation includes a bachelor’s in Civil Engineering and a master’s in Structural Engineering, equipping him to design countless concrete, steel, masonry, and wood structures. Beyond his technical skills, Noor has a proven track record of managing complex projects with precision and vision.
His proficiency extends to numerous industry-standard software programs, such as Revit, AutoCAD, Risa 3D, SAP, and ETABS. In addition to his hands-on work, Noor is the author of the Building Estimating Handbook, published in 2016, and has prepared hundreds of cost proposals for a diverse range of construction projects. His unwavering dedication to precision, innovation, and quality is the cornerstone of RCE's mission.
